Choose an integration
- Claude Code: Claude models over the Messages protocol.
- Codex CLI: requires a GPT model and Responses support.
- Cursor, Cline, Cherry Studio: configure the URL, key and model ID.
- Anthropic SDK and OpenAI SDK: server-side Python and TypeScript examples.
Three settings
The API root is https://api.neatrouter.com. OpenAI-compatible clients usually require https://api.neatrouter.com/v1. Use the address for your protocol, rather than the console URL.
Create a key in the console. Copy a model ID from pricing and check its permission on your key. Replace your-api-key and your-model-id in examples.
Check the result
Use usage logs to inspect tokens and charges. On failure, check the error reference and keep the local request ID for support. Read the billing guide for settlement details.
